We are seeking a dedicated Merchandise Associate to join our team at our Edmonton store location.

This role involves ensuring a high level of customer service, accurately processing transactions, and maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Operate electronic cash registers, mainline, and self-checkouts, accurately recording customer transactions.
  • Replenish merchandise around checkout areas, following established inventory management procedures.
  • Monitor hot selling items, complete markdowns, and perform SKU changes as required.
  • Maintain planograms, labels, tickets, and signing standards throughout the store.
  • Perform cycle counts and ensure compliance with health and safety policies and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible schedule that includes days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining accurate records and ensuring loss prevention best practices.
