We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Supreme Modern Stairs Inc.

Job Summary:

The Carpenter will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the construction and renovation of residential and commercial buildings. This includes reading blueprints, preparing layouts, measuring and cutting materials, and scheduling work on sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements
  • Prepare layouts and measurements to ensure conformance to building codes
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials
  • Schedule and coordinate work on sites, including estimating costs and materials
  • Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in various settings
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in noisy environments
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
