Job Summary:

The Henry Public House is seeking a skilled and friendly Host to join our team. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their visit.

Responsibilities:

  • Guest Experience: Greet guests with a smile and a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
  • Waitlist Management: Effectively manage the waitlist, communicating with guests and staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Table Service: Assist in delivering drinks and food to guests, clearing and resetting tables to maintain a clean and inviting environment.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Assist with daily and weekly cleaning and environment upkeep, ensuring the establishment is always tidy and well-maintained.
