As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a comprehensive range of I&IT business analysis services for our clients, including business process transformation and requirements analysis for large and small projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate and conduct the analysis of business requirements to design and develop applications that meet the stated business requirements, including the impact of projects across the portfolio.
  2. Provide leadership in supporting the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of systems solutions.
  3. Provide systems consulting expertise to clients and advise on the use of information technology to meet program business goals and objectives.
  4. Design system specifications by preparing requirements for proper system testing, implementation, and operations.
  5. Coordinate technical implementation procedures and conduct program and module tests.
Requirements:
  1. Knowledge of IT project and development methodologies, and industry-standard IT development tools, techniques, and methodologies, i.e. Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, DevOps, etc.
  2. Possess domain knowledge or familiarity with tools such as C#,.NET and.NET Core Framework, ASP.Net, and MS SQL.
  3. Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience in leading application development.
  4. Previous experience liaising with project, architecture/design and development staff and providing subject matter expertise in all aspects of software design and development, including construction of complex system design solutions, research/selection, and proof-of-concept assignments.
  5. Experience in research, analytical, interpretive reasoning, and problem-solving skills to assess, identify and coordinate/manage problems and incidents.
  6. Experience recommending solutions, ensuring compatibility and consistency of systems, business, privacy, and security processes, and participating in the implementation of approved strategies.
  7. Experience with evaluative skills to assess client requirements.
  8. Problem-solving skills and can complete complex analysis for integration projects.
  9. Demonstrated teamwork and collaborative skills.
  10. Excellent communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills.
  11. Facilitation, mediation, consensus-building, influencing and persuasion skills to gain support.
  12. Experience preparing documents including in-depth reports, briefing materials, project documentation and correspondence.
  13. Demonstrated knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  14. Proven experience in facilitating and reviewing client business requirements and building solutions.
  15. Demonstrated knowledge of commonly used business software (such as word processing, spreadsheets, JIRA, Azure DevOps, Teams) used in an IT work environment.
  16. Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and processes to develop, lead and implement projects.
  17. Demonstrated experience in providing leadership, coaching/mentoring, guidance, and technical expertise to other members of the team.
  18. Proven experience in leading IT system responses to business requirements and facilitating communications with the stakeholders.
  19. Understanding of business needs and matching technology solutions to business requirements.
