We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Crop Production Supervisor to join our team at Upper Canada Growers Ltd. in Ontario, Canada.

Job Description

The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of our farm, ensuring that crops are produced efficiently and effectively. This includes coordinating with our team of farmers to manage crop development, maintenance, and harvesting.

As a Crop Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating crop planning, planting, and harvesting schedules
  • Maintaining accurate records of crop production, including yields, quality, and other relevant metrics
  • Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and best practices in crop management
  • Collaborating with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in crop production or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with agricultural equipment and machinery
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
