Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute a Comprehensive Enablement Strategy: Partner with global sales leaders to design, own, and execute a comprehensive learning and enablement strategy that supports sales objectives and broader company goals.
  2. Lead and Mentor a Team of Enablement Professionals: Lead and mentor a team of enablement professionals, fostering a collaborative working environment and promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
  3. Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends and Competitive Activities: Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services, as well as industry trends and competitive activities, to inform enablement initiatives and drive business growth.
  4. Effectively Manage Initiatives and Drive Adoption: Effectively manage initiatives that require change in experience or behavior, driving adoption of new tools, processes, and best practices as required.
  5. Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize the adoption, performance, and retention of sales content, ensuring seamless integration with sales processes and workflows.
  6. Develop Strategic Communication Plans: Develop strategic communication plans that articulate the enablement roadmap and ensure successful adoption, driving business outcomes and revenue growth.
  7. Design and Maintain a Role-Based Learning Framework: Collaborate with our internal learning and development team to design and maintain a role-based learning framework, inclusive of certification paths and competency requirements, to support the development of sales professionals.
  8. Facilitate Onboarding and Training Programs: Facilitate and coordinate the onboarding for all new hires in the sales organization, including but not limited to: Field Sales Reps, Account Executives, Field Channel Reps, Solutions Architects, and Sales Development Reps, ensuring a seamless transition into their roles.
  9. Design and Deliver Hands-On Workshop Learning Opportunities: Own and direct hands-on workshop learning opportunities, such as weekly Fireside Chats, Sales Pitching Bootcamps, Sales Director training, and Monthly New Hire Learning and Development sessions, to drive engagement and knowledge retention.
  10. Establish a KPI Framework: Design a KPI framework that will ensure all learning and enablement programs are working effectively and driving results, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  11. Work Closely with Revenue Operations: Work closely with revenue operations to evaluate, optimize, and maximize the value of sales enablement tools, ensuring seamless integration with sales processes and workflows.
  12. Manage Budgets and Resources: Manage budgets for sales enablement activities and resources effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum of 10 Years' Experience in Sales Enablement: Minimum of 10 years' experience in a high-performing sales environment with at least 5 years in sales enablement or training role.
  2. Strong Executive Presence and Communication Skills: Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales leaders, marketing, and product teams.
  3. Proficient in Learning Management Systems and Sales Enablement Tools: Proficient in learning management systems, sales enablement and automation tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
  4. Deep Understanding of Sales Processes and Customer Needs: Deep understanding of direct and indirect sales processes, methodologies, and customer needs, with the ability to design and deliver enablement programs that drive business outcomes.
  5. Results-Oriented Thinker with Data-Driven Approach: Results-oriented thinker with the ability to set goals, track progress, and measure the effectiveness of enablement and training programs, using data to inform business decisions.
  6. Proactive and Innovative Approach to Sales Training: Proactive and innovative approach to designing sales training programs, leveraging new technologies and methodologies to enhance learning and development.
  7. Strong Technical Aptitude and Cyber Security Knowledge: Strong technical aptitude and a thorough understanding of cyber security concepts, with the ability to design and deliver enablement programs that drive business outcomes.
