Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team as a full-time Early Childhood Development Specialist. This role involves working with children aged 0-5 years, designing and implementing engaging educational programs, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of our services.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive educational plans for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment
  • Assess and address individual children's needs through play-based activities and targeted interventions
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about their child's progress and provide guidance on how they can support their child's development at home
Requirements
  • Early Childhood Education diploma or degree (College, CEGEP, or equivalent)
  • 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to lift 25 lbs and move quickly around a childcare setting
