Job Summary:
Agropur is seeking a skilled technician to join our team as a Maintenance Lead - Mochi & Mix. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance systems to minimize downtime and optimize production.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and address maintenance issues, and develop solutions to improve overall efficiency.
- Lead the development of 90-Day loss-elimination plans to drive continuous improvement.
- Drive improvements in planned maintenance, PM completion rates, and R&M costs.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair maintenance issues, and perform required preventative maintenance on line machinery.
Requirements:
- Red Seal Industrial Electrician ticket, Industrial Mechanic ticket, or another relevant trades ticket.
- Experience working with plant computerized maintenance management systems.
- Passion for systemic solutions and effective communication.
- Lead Hand experience or experience coaching and coordinating maintenance team members is an asset.
Other:
- This job classification falls under the bargaining unit, and the employee must remain in the job for a period of 12 months.
- Starting Hourly Rate - $36.33/hr.
