Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ten Sushi. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and dining area, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that inventory is maintained at optimal levels.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure efficient operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and culinary genres.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
