Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Digital Acquisition & Analytics to join our team at President's Choice Bank. This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive digital acquisition strategy to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquisition Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a data-driven digital acquisition strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives quality customer acquisition.
  • Customer Insights & Analytics: Lead the development of customer insights and analytics capabilities to inform business decisions and drive strategic acquisition initiatives.
  • Website Optimization: Develop and implement a strategy to optimize the public site and create a personalized and relevant journey that effectively moves customers through the funnel and drives quality conversions.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in marketing, business, or mathematics with a post-secondary education.
  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, customer analytics, or marketing intelligence with strong business acumen.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a power user/administrator for Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics (360 or GA4).
  • 3-5 years of experience implementing digital analytics tracking solutions for web and/or mobile.
  • In-depth knowledge of key media channels and platforms, including programmatic platforms, paid social, paid search, email, and affiliates.
  • 2+ years of experience working with media teams on pixel implementation/management and tag management systems.
  • 2+ years of SEO proficiency and website strategy/user journey development.
  • Strong time management, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Clear communicator and adept at storytelling.
  • Comfortable learning quickly, and building actionable plans in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience leading, building, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Analytical skills – able to use SQL and Excel to pull and analyze data; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
