Job Summary

The Part-Time Warehouse Order Picker will play a critical role in the success of PepsiCo Foods Canada by ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of orders in the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Observe and adhere to Good Warehousing Practices (GWP's) to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Attend warehouse team meetings as required to stay informed and aligned with team goals.
  • Fulfill orders accurately and efficiently, meeting productivity and quality standards.
  • Participate in safe work training and practices to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
Working Conditions

The Part-Time Warehouse Order Picker will be required to:

  • Lift and carry 45-60 lbs. constantly for 8-12 hours a day.
  • Push and pull up to 80 lbs. frequently.
  • Perform constant standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and grasping.
Requirements
  • Great teamwork and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Previous operations experience or similar experience preferred but not required.
  • Outstanding organizational skills to handle multiple priorities, problem solve, and meet deadlines or targets.
