Procurement Specialist

Insight Global is seeking a skilled Procurement Expert to manage the purchasing and expediting of materials and services for our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with materials vendors, from purchase to payment, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless request-to-payment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage materials vendors and negotiate contracts
- Coordinate the purchasing and expediting of materials and services
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient request-to-payment processes
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure high-quality services
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Procurement Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SAP Materials Module (SAP MM), Ariba, and Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of operations materials requirements and vendor management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
