Job Overview

Johal Eagle Road Farms is seeking an experienced Farm Worker, General to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various farm-related tasks including planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops.

Key Responsibilities

  • Crop Management: Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure optimal growth and yield.
  • Machinery Operation: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to support crop management and harvesting activities.
  • Quality Control: Examine products for quality and readiness for market.
  • Reporting: Write daily basic progress reports to keep the team informed of ongoing activities.
