We are seeking a skilled Brickmason to join our team at Paradise Pools and Landscaping. As a Brickmason, you will be responsible for constructing and installing masonry structures, including walls, chimneys, and fireplaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and lay bricks, concrete blocks, and other masonry units
  • Estimate materials and tools required for projects
  • Lay bricks and other masonry units to build residential and commercial structures
  • Construct and install prefabricated masonry units
  • Build patios, garden walls, and other decorative installations
  • Read sketches and blueprints to calculate materials required
  • Work at heights, on scaffolding, or swing stages
  • Cut and trim bricks and concrete blocks to specification using hand and power tools
  • Instruct apprentices
  • Supervise other workers
  • Line or reline furnaces, kilns, boilers, and similar installations using refractory materials
  • Restore, clean, or paint existing masonry structures
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 5 years or more of experience in the field
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation
  • Basic security clearance
  • Steel-toed safety boots
Working Conditions:
  • Physically demanding work environment
