About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist in the production of custom closets, garages, and home organizing systems. The successful candidate will have prior woodworking experience and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the production of custom closets, garages, and home organizing systems
  • Use hand tools and read shop drawings to complete tasks
  • Meet deadlines and maintain quality standards
  • Maintain shop equipment according to a schedule
  • Perform additional tasks or projects as defined by the Production Supervisor
  • Understand and follow daily cut lists

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in woodworking or cabinet making is an asset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
  • Detail-oriented and willing to learn and advance within the company
  • Team-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
