Key Responsibilities- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential client markets and assess their insurance needs.
- Premium Calculation: Accurately calculate premiums for clients and ensure they understand their coverage options.
- Client Onboarding: Establish client insurance coverage and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Claims Management: Monitor insurance claims and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their concerns and needs.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on various insurance products and services, including automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft, and other types of insurance.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our client base.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; organized; reliable; and a team player.
- Work Experience: Willingness to train and learn; permanent employment; 30-35 hours per week; and proficiency in English.
