**Job Description: Senior SAP Organizational Change Management Consultant**

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Organizational Change Management Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies and plans to ensure a smooth transition for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present change management strategies and plans to various management levels.
  • Collaborate with vendors to transform business processes.
  • Use surveys and assessments to identify potential risks and resistance areas.
  • Consult and present to Project Sponsors regarding the change management strategy.
  • Create and manage change plans (e.g., communication, training, coaching, resistance management, and sponsor roadmap).
  • Measure and monitor change progress, ensuring that plans are actionable and sustainable.
  • Ensure all change management initiatives adhere to TTC standards, corporate policies, and legislation.
  • Partner with TTC Corporate Communications to use existing channels for communication.
  • Design and deliver relevant communications, workshops, and training for various staff levels.
  • Lead change management project activities (e.g., stakeholder analysis, change impact and risk analysis, business change forums and education sessions, collaboration with the Training Team to deliver process and role-specific training).
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and addressing any risks or concerns.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience in applying change management methods and strategy, with a deep understanding of the change process.
  • 8+ years in facilitation and coaching, with strong communication and conflict resolution skills, especially at the senior and executive levels.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining collaborative relationships with stakeholders to achieve corporate objectives.
  • Expertise in change-related practices such as communication planning and delivery, training design and facilitation, and managing change champion networks.
  • Self-directed and confident in leading complex change management projects.
  • Strong planning, organizational, interpersonal, presentation, active listening, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the Ontario Human Rights Code and its application to disability accommodation and accessibility for both passengers and employees.
  • University Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration.
  • PROSCI or equivalent certification in Change Management.
