About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our procurement practice, driving growth and excellence across multiple locations (Toronto, Montreal, Calgary & Vancouver).

The ideal candidate will possess 4+ years of experience in procurement, with expertise in strategic sourcing, sustainable sourcing, and transactional sourcing. Strong consulting experience, either internal or external, is highly valued.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing procurement strategies that drive efficiency and profitability.
  • Leveraging expertise in end-to-end procurement solutions, including Ivalua, Coupa, SAP Ariba, etc.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements.
  • Providing coaching and training to junior team members on purchasing governance, processes, organization, and technology.

A competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, will be offered to the successful candidate.
