**Job Description**

The Freight Brokerage Manager will work closely with the Eassons executive team, sales team, and current client base to identify new business opportunities outside their core market.

**Responsibilities:**

  1. Develop and implement strategies to grow the Freight Brokerage division.
  2. Partner with the Eassons sales team to explore strategic growth and expansion opportunities throughout North America.
  3. Lead and manage a team of operations, sales, and administrative personnel.
  4. Oversee the development of stable quality carriers throughout North America for business outside the Eassons fleet.
  5. Negotiate rates and provide value-added services for carrier and customer partners.

**Qualifications and Requirements:**

  • University degree with a concentration in business, logistics, or equivalent experience.
  • CITT-Certified Logistics Professional (CCLP) designation or equivalent is an asset.
  • 5+ years of experience leading a team of operations, sales, and administrative personnel in the Freight Brokerage industry.
