Job Description

We seek an experienced Project Coordinator - Estimation Specialist to join our growing team at our Vancouver Office. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the industry, a passion for quality work, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze drawings and specifications to prepare accurate estimates and proposals
  • Generate RFI drawings during tender and construction stages
  • Create detailed take-offs for various projects
  • Submit pricing for new SI/RFI to General Contractors
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an estimator in the building construction industry, preferably with drywall contractors
  • Proficiency in estimating software (OST) and spreadsheet design
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and methodical approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with Project Managers and General Managers
  • Able to multitask and prioritize work in a dynamic environment
Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
