Key Responsibilities:
  • Cash Handling: Ensure accurate and efficient cash handling procedures, including counting and reconciling cash drawers, processing transactions, and handling customer payments.
  • Sales Floor Operations: Supervise and coordinate sales floor activities, including merchandise displays, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting a positive shopping experience.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of cashiers, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure excellent performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
Work Environment:

Our retail store operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring the ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy.
