HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Scott Bader. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide professional HR services to defined business areas throughout the Group, acting as a pragmatic and solution-oriented business partner.
Key Responsibilities- Global Benefits Programs: Review and maintain global benefits programs, recommend changes based on market changes, and work with country HR representatives to ensure local benefits are aligned with global principles and the local market.
- Annual Salary Review Process: Lead the group's annual salary review process, which includes collecting data for forecasting and budgeting processes, preparing and communicating overall processes to HR representatives in the countries, issuing spreadsheets to capture proposed increases, consolidating proposals to enable approval.
- Payroll Processing: Process payroll on a bi-weekly basis for Canada, US, and Brazil.
- Compensation and Benefits Policies: Be responsible for the group's compensation and benefits policies and procedures while leading the salary and benefits benchmarking process to ensure that our salaries and benefits remain competitive in local markets.
- HRIS System Management: Be our super-user of the HRIS system to help line managers and HR representatives in the country to ensure that all compensation and benefits information is entered in a timely manner and is accurate.
- Benefits Communications: Develop and review our benefits communications strategy, including new employee orientation materials, ongoing employee communications, and annual membership communications.
- Experience with Payroll Software: We would love you to have experience with payroll software such as Immedis.
- Knowledge of Labour Law: You have a solid understanding of Canadian labour law.
- Data-Driven Individual: You are a data-driven individual with the ability to effectively review and interpret data, producing meaningful results.
- Language Skills: Bi-Lingual with the ability to converse in both English and French.
- Coaching and Influencing: If you have a track record of coaching, motivating, and influencing at the executive level, this will put you in a good position to succeed in this role.
