## Job Title: Registered Nurse

## Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at ParaMed Home Health Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in various settings, working with patients of all ages and complexity of care needs.

## Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough assessments of patients' individualized needs using appropriate tools and techniques
* Develop and implement care plans, continuously monitoring and updating patient records
* Engage patients using a collaborative approach, building rapport and trust
* Maintain and update professional patient records related to patient encounters and plans

## Requirements:

* Registration with the CNO as a Registered Nurse in good standing
