We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in providing top-tier pharmaceutical care and medication management in diverse hospital settings across Australia.
About the Role:
- Deliver comprehensive pharmacy services, including medication reviews and advice on safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of pharmacy policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- AHPRA-registered Pharmacist or eligible for registration.
- Hospital experience with a strong understanding of medication management.
