Key Responsibilities- Provide a full range of healthcare services to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and health education.
- Work autonomously to meet the primary care needs of patients, with support from social workers, traditional healers/elders, and clinic staff.
- Develop and implement population-based strategies to improve health outcomes and participate in quality improvement activities.
- Collaborate with clients and other health professionals to identify and assess trends and patterns that impact client, family, and community health.
- Participate in peer, program, and self-review to evaluate the outcome of services and maintain competence in the position.
- Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) plus 4 years of recent, relevant clinical nursing experience.
- Successful completion of the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) required.
- Competitive salary range: CAD $141,494.00/Yr. - CAD $155,643.00/Yr.
