Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Expertise: Serve as the technology expert in the product area and guide the team on technical deliverables.
  • Design: Work with the Business Solutions Engagement Team and Business Stakeholders to create Functional Requirements and Solution Designs.
  • Backlog Management: Work with the Technical Solutions Manager to prioritize the queue of work items.
  • Testing & Delivery: Guide the team in the development of solution designs and perform code reviews.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify Continuous Improvement initiatives to increase team performance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with relevant stakeholders in the end-to-end service delivery lifecycle and provide status updates.
  • Operations Maintenance & Support: Assist in establishing Maintenance Cycles and defining Service Level Agreement Models.
Requirements:
  • An Undergraduate in an Information Technology Discipline and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience -or- a College Diploma in an Information Technology Discipline and a minimum of 7 years relevant experience.
  • Strong Leadership, Negotiation, and People skills. Solid understanding of Infrastructure, Software Integration, and Application Architecture.
  • Proven track record in providing excellent customer service support.
  • Experience with Human Resources Technology (SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, Dayforce).
  • Experience with a variety of programming languages (ABAP, SQL, XML would be an asset).
  • Experience with Agile & Scrum Methodology.
