Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at JJBG Holdings Inc. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining establishment.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, including food preparation and portioning.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure seamless meal preparation.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports to management.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays to ensure timely and efficient service.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will work closely with a team of 5-10 staff members, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a permanent work term and 30-40 hours of work per week.
