Photography Instructor

Job Summary
The University of Ottawa is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Photography Professor to teach a course on the fundamentals of photography. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual arts and a proven track record of teaching post-secondary students.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach a course on the basics of photography, including camera handling and image production
- Develop and deliver lesson plans that meet the needs of students with varying levels of experience
- Assess student work and provide constructive feedback
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in photography education
Requirements
- Master's degree in visual arts or equivalent
- Recognized practice and exhibition record in photography and contemporary art
- Experience teaching post-secondary students
