Lankor Horizons Constructors Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Administration Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to multitask. They will also be responsible for assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

As a key member of our team, the Project Administration Officer will oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, resolve conflict situations, and monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our administrative processes.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of MS Office and be able to work effectively in a team environment. They will also be responsible for training staff and assisting in the preparation of operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
