Job Title: Project Administration Officer

Lankor Horizons Constructors Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administration Officer to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Project Administration Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to project teams, including preparing reports, managing documents, and coordinating meetings.
  • Office Management: Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment, ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are available.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including project files, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with project teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues, ensuring minimal disruption to project operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Work Setting: Construction company.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Office.
  • Area of Work Experience: Project coordination.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent written communication, organized, ability to multitask, and team player.
