About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join our team at SPICE & GRILL PIZZA & INDIAN CUISINE LTD.

Job Description:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Train kitchen staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food to maintain high standards.
  • Order supplies and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Manage kitchen operations to meet customer demands and achieve business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Head Chef or equivalent role.
  • Proven ability to train and lead kitchen staff.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
