Salary and Benefits

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, hiring and training new employees, and authorizing payments and returns.

You will also be responsible for establishing work schedules, selling merchandise, preparing sales reports, and resolving customer complaints and supply shortages. Furthermore, you will supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales team, ensuring that they meet their targets and provide excellent customer service.

In addition to your sales experience, you will also play a key role in supporting the social and labour market integration of newcomers and refugees. This may involve facilitating access to community resources, language training, and skills training, as well as recruiting displaced individuals and providing mentorship programs.

You will also support Indigenous people by offering mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities, developing relationships with indigenous communities, and providing cultural competency training.

Finally, you will contribute to creating a welcoming work environment for visible minorities by applying hiring policies that discourage discrimination, offering mentorship programs, and providing diversity and cross-cultural training.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
