LawDepot is expanding its team and looking for a talented UX Writer to create interactive web products that are user-friendly, easy to understand, and enjoyable to use.
About the RoleThis is a full-time permanent position working 37.5 hours per week with opportunities for hybrid work arrangements. As a UX Writer, you will be responsible for developing interactive product questionnaires, writing and editing text to make legal document creation simple and easy for users, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing best practices to improve usability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop interactive product questionnaires that customers fill out to create customized legal documents
- Write and edit text to ensure clarity and simplicity in the creation of legal documents
- Collaborate with the Legal, Design, Development, and QA departments to create powerful web products optimized for conversion
- Gather and analyze data to identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement across web products
We are seeking an individual with a post-secondary education in Writing, Communications, Law, Business, Library Science, or other relevant fields. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to communicate complex information simply, and a strong understanding of conversion optimization, consumer psychology, and online marketing.
