Paint Line Production Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Paint Line Production Specialist to join our team in Smith Falls. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality production and ensuring seamless operations.
Responsibilities:
- Verify with the outgoing operator to ensure a smooth transition and prevent defective material from being run.
- Ensure coils are taken from stock in accordance with schedule requirements.
- Assist in training and orienting new employees or transfers to the position.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to maintain the paintline at your workstation.
- Record data on appropriate sheets and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure your workstation remains clean and organized at all times.
- Participate in a team effort to resolve any issues that may arise during operation.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Manufacturing experience is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
