Job Title: Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the operational logistics of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing operational logistics, coordinating activities with other work units or departments, and preparing and submitting reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operational logistics of the organization
  • Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Arrange training for staff
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and reliability

Work Environment:

The Warehouse Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 5-10 people. The successful candidate will be required to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and work in a warehouse setting.
