Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Advance Plus Tech Solutions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
- Plan and organize operational logistics, including scheduling and coordinating activities with other work units or departments.
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, including training workers in duties and policies.
- Prepare and submit reports, including inventory reports and operational performance reports.
- Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, including inventory management systems and warehouse equipment.
- Train workers in duties and policies, including safety procedures and emergency protocols.
- Arrange training for staff, including onboarding and ongoing training programs.
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work, including tasks and projects.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, including inventory and shipping supplies.
- Organize and maintain inventory, including tracking and reporting inventory levels.
- Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule activities of workers, including warehouse staff and inventory management teams.
- 5-10 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Proven track record of success in inventory management and operational logistics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to train and supervise staff.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Physical ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for long periods of time.
- Fast-paced environment with a high level of activity and noise.
- Physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
- Work is performed in a warehouse environment with exposure to dust, noise, and other environmental hazards.
- Flexibility and adaptability, including the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Judgement and decision-making skills, including the ability to make sound decisions in a high-pressure environment.
- Organized and detail-oriented, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Reliability and dependability, including the ability to follow through on commitments and meet expectations.
- Team player, including the ability to work collaboratively with others and build strong relationships.

- Do you have previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment?
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
