About the Role

Precision Drilling Corporation is seeking a highly skilled SuccessFactors Analyst to join our SAP HCM team in Calgary. As a key member of our Information Technology department, you will play a crucial role in implementing and supporting the SuccessFactors modules for our various divisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and support the SuccessFactors suite of products, including Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, and Compensation & Variable Pay.
  • Provide functional SAP and business expertise to support business objectives for Canadian, USA, and International divisions.
  • Offer second and third-level end-user functional support and guidance.
  • Perform unit, integration, parallel, and acceptance tests.
  • Develop SAP HCM deliverables, including requirements documentation, functional requirements, specifications, and end-user documentation.
  • Provide in-depth SAP and SuccessFactors product knowledge to support business and project objectives.
  • Configure SuccessFactors modules according to new or changing business requirements.
  • Liaise with HR users to identify and manage system priorities.
  • Recommend process improvements and system solutions to support business objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of SuccessFactors system administration experience in the modules listed above.
  • Experience with SAP HCM configuration is an asset.
  • Experience with integration between SuccessFactors and SAP is an asset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong analytical and customer service skills, and ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
