About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Loan Specialist to join our team at JinXi Financial. As a Mortgage Loan Specialist, you will be responsible for approving or rejecting loan applications, assisting clients with financial objectives, and completing credit and loan documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Approve or reject loan applications based on client financial status and creditworthiness
  • Assist clients with financial objectives such as business expansion, debt management, and investment
  • Complete credit and loan documentation, including reviewing and updating credit files
  • Network to develop business relations and promote the sale of loan and investment services

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP education
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in financial services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a large caseload

Work Environment:

As a Mortgage Loan Specialist at JinXi Financial, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a large caseload. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
