About the Role

The Investment Marketing Specialist is a key member of the Fidelity Investments team, responsible for delivering best-in-class product marketing to promote our brand, products, and services to advisors. This role contributes to Asset Under Management (AUM) growth by supporting product launches, events, Continuing Education (CE) Credits, and the creation and management of sales enablement content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support various types of sales enablement collateral for advisor audiences, including emails, PowerPoints, Thought Leadership, and POVs.
  • Curate monthly editions of Fidelity's advisor newsletter, pulling from our existing library of Thought Leadership content.
  • Project manage the annual fund awards programs in conjunction with product research.
  • Support marketing projects for cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, Client Services, and National Accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with communication policies, procedures, and brand standards.
  • Maintain content inventory as assigned by the Manager, Investment Marketing.

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing or communications function.
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
  • Experience working within the asset management industry or similar financial services organization is an asset.
