About the Role

The Investment Marketing Specialist will play a key role in delivering best-in-class product marketing to promote Fidelity's brand, products, and services to advisors. This position requires a strong understanding of investment products and the ability to effectively position them for advisor audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support various types of sales enablement collateral for advisor audiences, including emails, PowerPoints, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Curate monthly editions of Fidelity's advisor newsletter, pulling from our existing library of thought leadership content.
  • Project manage the annual fund awards programs in conjunction with product research.
  • Support marketing projects for cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, client services, and national accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with communication policies, procedures, and brand standards.
  • Maintain content inventory as assigned by the Manager, Investment Marketing.

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience gained in a marketing or communications function.
  • Strong understanding of investment products and the ability to effectively position them for advisor audiences.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to build and cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
