We are seeking a motivated and sales-oriented individual to join our team as an Insurance Advisor. As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to market appropriate products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales goals and objectives.
- Educate and advise clients on insurance products and services, adhering to company underwriting policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with the agent to establish and meet sales goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success.
- Property & Casualty license or equivalent experience.
- LLQP License or equivalent experience.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Previous insurance experience in various disciplines, such as underwriting, claims, sales, or service.
