About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Cleaning Specialist to join our team at MEM'S CLEANING SPECIALISTS. As an Industrial Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers to ensure a clean and organized workspace.
  • Bathroom Maintenance: Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Equipment Operation: Work with industrial vacuum cleaners/power sweepers to ensure efficient and effective cleaning.
  • Work Environment: Work in a non-smoking environment with minimal supervision.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Experience in cleaning and maintenance is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
