About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at D Dhillon. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care, ensuring the comfort and dignity of our clients.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, promoting healthy eating habits.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Administer medications, as prescribed by our clients' healthcare providers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • First Aid Certificate and Personal Support Worker Certificate.
  • 1-7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment, 30-40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
