We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Culinary Team Lead to join our team at TAYSTEE GRILL. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of cooks and specialist chefs to ensure the highest quality dishes are prepared and served to our customers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, with a minimum of 1-7 months of experience in a similar role. You will be required to estimate food costs, maintain records of inventory, and demonstrate new cooking techniques to staff members. Additionally, you will supervise activities, create new recipes, and train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
In this role, you will also plan menus, ensure food meets quality standards, and requisition food and kitchen supplies. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to work effectively with colleagues and management to achieve our goals.
A salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, is offered for this position. Working hours will be approximately 30 hours per week.
