Job Summary

Downtown AutoGroup is seeking a skilled Automotive Detailer to join our team at our state-of-the-art Autoplex facility in Downtown Toronto. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for detailing all customer and internal vehicles, preparing scheduled delivery units for the sales department, and inspecting and quoting detailing repairs on exterior or interior compartments for customers and internal vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Detailing all customer and internal vehicles to the highest standards
  • Preparing scheduled delivery units for the sales department to ensure a smooth delivery process
  • Inspecting and quoting detailing repairs on exterior or interior compartments for customers and internal vehicles
  • Polishing, waxing, buffing, and refinishing the exterior body of vehicles
  • Organizing daily deliveries with the sales department to ensure a seamless delivery process
  • Cleaning used inventory in a timely manner for the used car department turn-over to display on the pre-owned lot
  • Supporting the service team with customer car washes
  • Performing other duties as required by management

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with detailing equipment and supplies
  • Strong independent and teamwork skills
  • Must have a clean and valid G driver's license
  • Knowledge of safety measures needed when using cleaning products
