Job Summary:

The Detailer is a key member of our team at Assured Automotive, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle detailing. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for every client.
  • Clean and detail vehicles to the highest standards, including exterior and interior cleaning, polishing, and waxing.
  • Inspect vehicles for any damage or issues and report to the production supervisor as needed.
  • Ensure all required line items are completed to meet Assured's quality standards.
  • Perform basic maintenance checks, including checking fluids, oil, and tire pressure.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the shop floor, parking lot, and surrounding areas.
  • Participate in daily production meetings and contribute to team goals and objectives.
  • Continuously learn new technical information and techniques to stay up-to-date with automotive technology.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Valid G class driver's license and ability to provide own tools.
