Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of carpenters, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Material Management: Source and procure materials, tools, and equipment necessary for projects.
  • Cost Estimation: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are accurately estimated and controlled.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Completion of a trade certification program in carpentry or a related field.

  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
