Key Responsibilities
  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient store operations
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity

  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, and determine staffing requirements
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
