Assistant Director of Office Operations

At Heritage Investment Corp, we are seeking an experienced and organized Office Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and experience in managing office staff, budget, and administrative procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish priorities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Co-ordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security services.
- Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Oversee and co-ordinate administrative procedures, including budgeting and financial management.
- Monitor and evaluate office operations to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Excellent oral communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Reliability and ability to maintain confidentiality.
