Job Title: Field Technician

Are you a skilled technician looking for a challenging role in the foodservice industry? Action Restaurant Services Ltd. is seeking a Field Technician to join our team

About the Role:
  • Respond to customer service calls and perform routine and preventative maintenance or installations as required.
  • Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen refrigeration equipment, ensuring safe operation and compliance with industry standards.
  • Inspect commercial kitchen, bakery equipment, and related components to identify potential issues and recommend maintenance or repairs.
  • Work independently, maintaining a personal schedule and communicating effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to handle pressure or stressful situations with an even temper and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of field experience in commercial food equipment refrigeration.
  • Gas fitter 2 certification or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude with demonstrated diagnostic ability.
  • Good oral communication and customer service skills.
  • Availability for overtime and occasional weekend call-out duties.
